| 糖尿病肾脏病(DKD)是糖尿病慢性并发症之一,也是导致发达国家终末期肾衰和肾脏透析的重要原因之一。对于DKD的发生机制尚未有明确的定论。DKD的患病率近年来呈持续上升趋势,给全球医疗公共资源带来了不小的压力,中医药在改善症状、减轻肾脏损害,减少蛋白尿,延缓病情进展方面疗效显著。该文旨在介绍近年中医药在治疗DKD方面的进展。 |

| Diabetic kidney disease (DKD) is one of the chronic complications of diabetes mellitus and an important cause of end-stage renal failure and renal dialysis in developed countries.There is no definite conclusion about the mechanism of DKD.The prevalence of DKD has been on the rise in recent years,and this global public health care resources has brought considerable pressure.The significant efficacy of Chinese medicine in improving symptoms,reducing kidney damage,decreasing proteinuria,and delaying disease progression has made the advantages of Chinese medicine in the treatment of DKD more prominent.This article aims to introduce the progress of traditional Chinese medicine in treating DKD in recent years. |
