| 随着数字科学技术的进步,数字疗法作为一种新兴的医疗手段在糖尿病、高血压、肥胖、精神疾病、慢性呼吸系统疾病等多种疾病的治疗中取得了一定的发展,相关临床研究也证实了其临床疗效和安全性,逐渐成为慢性病管理有前途的解决方案。该文介绍了数字疗法的定义、特点、分类和适应证,并以糖尿病的数字疗法为例,对其在慢性病管理中的潜力、前景和挑战做一简要概述,希望对我国数字疗法的应用和普及提供思路。 |

| With the progress of digital science and technology,digital therapeutics,as an emerging medical means,has been widely used in treating diabetes,hypertension,obesity,mental diseases,chronic respiratory diseases and other diseases in recent years.Relevant clinical studies have confirmed its clinical efficacy and safety,and it has been becoming a promising solution to chronic disease management.This paper introduces the definition,characteristics,classification and basic principles of digital therapeutics.Taking the digital therapeutics of diabetes as an example,this paper summarizes its potential,prospect and challenges in the management of chronic diseases in hopes of providing ideas for the application and popularization of digital therapeutics in China. |
