| 随着社会人口老龄化的加深,老年人的住院人数逐年增加,而老年住院患者常常会进行侵入性治疗措施,如胃管、尿管、经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管、中心静脉导管等置入。医护人员为了防止非计划拔管护理不良事件的发生率增加,多会采用身体约束、制动,以限制患者身体自由活动。但这些医疗上的保护性身体约束及制动方式,对老年患者同样是一种危险行为,会造成身体机能、认知功能等损害,也会带来心理、社会方面的负性结果。临床上应积极寻找新的替代方法,将保护性约束作为最后的使用手段。 |

| With the deepening of population aging in society,the number of hospitalizations of the elderly is increasing year by year,and elderly hospitalized patients are often subjected to invasive therapeutic measures,such as gastric tubes,urinary catheters,Peripherally InSerted Central Catheters,Central Venous Catheter are placed.In order to prevent the increased incidence of unplanned extubation nursing adverse events,healthcare professionals tend to use physical restraints and brakes to restrict the patient's free body movement.However,these medically protective methods of physical restraint and braking are equally risky behaviors for elderly patients,causing harm to physical function,cognitive function,and other injuries,as well as negative psychological and social outcomes.Clinically,new alternatives should be actively sought,and protective restraints should be used as a last resort. |
