| The elderly population often experiences a decline in physiological function,coexisting with multiple diseases,and a high incidence of adverse drug reactions due to polypharmacy and poor medication compliance.This article aims to address these issues by exploring the rational drug use of the elderly through individualized drug use,adverse drug reaction management,polypharmacy management,deprescribing,and medication compliance. |
