| 肾脏储备功能(RFR)是肾脏适应各种生理或病理性应激反应的重要机体功能,其代表肾脏对各种病理打击的承受能力。随着年龄增加,老年人的肾实质功能性肾单位不断受损,RFR随之降低,对急性肾损伤(AKI)的易感性明显增加。评估老年RFR可以早期发现亚临床AKI并可预测AKI的预后情况。 |

| Renal function reserve (RFR) is an important function of the kidneys to adapt to various physiological or pathological stress responses,and it represents the ability of to withstand various pathological or physiological strikes.With advancing age,functional nephron in the renal parenchyma of the elderly decrease markedly,with a concomitant decrease in RFR and a marked increase in susceptibility to acute kidney injury (AKI).Assessment of RFR in the elderly allows early detection of subclinical states of AKI and predicts the prognosis of AKI. |
