| 肝硬化的预后不仅仅取决于疾病的严重程度,越来越多的研究证实躯体功能在患者预后中的重要作用。衰弱是一种综合征,其特征是功能的下降和生理储备的减少,在肝硬化患者中普遍存在,患者躯体功能减退进一步引起肌少症发病率和病死率的增加以及生活质量的下降等不良结局。因此,尽早发现及评估肝硬化患者衰弱严重程度,有利于临床医师做出个性化管理。该文就肝硬化患者中衰弱及肌少症的评估与治疗进展做一综述,以期为临床预防、治疗疾病提供诊疗思路。 |

| The prognosis of cirrhosis does not depend solely on the severity of the disease.More and more studies have confirmed the important role of physical function in patient prognosis.Asthenia is a syndrome characterized by a decline in function and a decrease in physiological reserve,and is common in patients with cirrhosis.The decline in physical function of patients further leads to the increase in morbidity and mortality and the decline in quality of life and other adverse outcomes,and sarcopenia is a key component of asthenia.Therefore,early detection and assessment of the severity of asthenia in patients with cirrhosis is conducive to personalized management by clinicians.Therefore,this paper mainly reviews the research progress in the evaluation and treatment of asthenia and sarcopenia in patients with cirrhosis,in order to provide diagnosis and treatment ideas for clinical prevention and treatment of disease states. |
