      目的 探讨膳食总抗氧化力(DTAC)与糖尿病发生的相关性。方法 选取2021年至2023来安县人民医院内分泌科住院的124例糖尿病患者及同期参与体检的128例成人作为研究对象,采用半定量频数调查法收集研究对象摄入的所有食物种类及数量,参照公开数据库通过血浆铁还原能力(FRAP)、自由基捕获抗氧化参数(TRAP)和Trolox等效抗氧化能力(TEAC)3个指标评估膳食总抗氧化力。按四分位法将上述3个指标数值由低到高分为4组(Q1~Q4)。采用logistic回归模型分析DTAC与糖尿病相关性。结果 与健康人群对照组相比,糖尿病患者的能量、脂肪的摄入量较高,维生素C、叶酸的摄入量低。logistic回归分析结果显示,膳食TEAC高水平组Q3[OR值(95%CI):0.10(0.02~0.46)]、Q4[OR值(95%CI):0.14(0.02~0.80)]发生糖尿病风险较低水平组低(P<0.05)。调整模型后,膳食TEAC高水平组和TRAP高水平组发生糖尿病风险较低水平组低。结论 DTAC含量与糖尿病的发生呈负相关。

      Objective To investigate the association between dietary total antioxidant capacity (DTAC) and diabetes mellitus.Methods A case-control study was conducted to select 124 diabetes patients hospitalized in the Endocrinology Department of Lai′an County People′s Hospital from 2021 to 2023 and 128 adults participating in physical examination at the same time as the research objects,A semi-quantitative frequency survey was used to collect the types and quantities of all foods consumed by the subjects,and the total dietary antioxidant capacity was assessed by plasma iron-reducing capacity (FRAP),free radical trapping antioxidant parameter (TRAP) and Trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity (TEAC) with reference to a publicly available database.According to the quartile method,the values of the above two indicators were divided into four groups (Q1-Q4) from low to high.Logistic regression model was used to analyze the correlation between DTAC and diabetes and prediabetes.Results Compared to the healthy control group,the intake of energy and fat in the diabetic group was higher,and the intake of vitamin C and folate was lower (P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk of diabetes in the group with high dietary TEAC was lower by Q3 [OR(95%CI):0.10(0.02-0.46)] and Q4 [OR(95%CI):0.14(0.02-0.80)] than that in the group with low dietary TEAC.After adjusting the model,the risk of developing diabetes was reduced in the group with high levels of dietary TEAC(P<0.05) and the group with high levels of TRAP compared with the group with low levels.Conclusions Higher DTAC is inversely related to diabetes.
