| 老年住院患者的口腔健康相关生活质量不佳,且口腔状况不佳程度明显高于社区和养老院的老人。有效的临床干预可促进老年住院患者的口腔健康,减少肺炎等并发症的发生,对加快老年人的疾病康复及提升生活质量均能起到积极作用。该文针对老年住院患者口腔健康相关生活质量的现状、评估工具、影响因素、干预措施4个方面进行综述,旨在提高医务人员对老年住院患者口腔健康相关生活质量的重视,为今后制定老年患者的口腔健康管理方案提供参考。 |

| Elderly inpatients have poor oral health-related quality of life,and the severity of oral conditions is significantly higher than that of the elderly in community and nursing homes.Effective clinical intervention can promote the oral health of elderly inpatients,reduce the occurrence of complications such as pneumonia,and improve disease recovery in elderly.In this article,we review the current status of oral health-related quality of life in elderly inpatients,the evaluation tools and factors affecting the quality of life,as well as the intervention to improve the quality of life related to the oral health of the elderly,with the aim of improving the attention of medical staff to the quality of life in elderly inpatients,and providing reference for the formulation of oral health management in elderly inpatients in the future. |
