| 肥胖是一种慢性代谢性疾病,患病率逐年升高。肥胖是心脑血管疾病、糖尿病和多种癌症等慢性病的重要危险因素,给患者的身心及国家的医疗保障都带来了巨大的负担。现如今多种减肥方法及药物受到大家关注,效果及弊端各不相同。该文对现有的减肥方法及药物的研究进展进行简要综述,旨在为减肥方法及药物的更合理应用提供参考,为减肥药物的研发提供一定参考依据。 |

| Obesity is a chronic metabolic disease,and the prevalence rate is increasing year by year.Obesity is an important risk factor for chronic diseases such as cardio cerebrovascular diseases,diabetes and various cancers,which has brought a huge burden to patients′ physical and mental health as well as the country′s medical care.Now there are a variety of weight loss methods and drugs,with different effects and drawbacks.This article briefly reviews the research progress of existing weight loss methods and drugs in order to provide a certain reference for the more reasonable application of weight loss methods and drugs,and to provide a certain reference for the research and development of weight loss drugs. |
