| 为促进健康老龄化,加强对失能和痴呆的早期干预,有学者提出生理认知衰退综合征的概念。生理认知衰退综合征是一种以非痴呆老年人步速减慢和(或)握力下降的同时存在认知障碍为特点的老年综合征,对痴呆具有一定的预测作用。目前关于生理认知衰退综合征的研究相对较少。该文对生理认知衰退综合征的概念、评估方法、流行病学及干预等进行综述。 |

| In order to promote healthy aging and strengthen early intervention for disability and dementia,the concept of physio-cognitive decline syndrome has been proposed.Physio-cognitive decline syndrome is a geriatric syndrome characterized by slow gait and (or) decreased grip strength with cognitive impairment no dementia in elderly people,which has a certain predictive effect on dementia.However,there are few studies on physio-cognitive decline syndrome.Therefore,this article reviews concept,assessment,epidemiology and intervention of physio-cognitive decline syndrome. |
