| 目的 探讨miR-208b-3p在动脉粥样硬化(AS)患者血清中的表达情况及临床意义。方法 选取2019年6月至2021年6月中国人民解放军空军第九八六医院收治的120例AS患者为AS组,同时选取与患者一般资料匹配的120例健康体检人员为对照组。采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应法检测miR-208b-3p表达水平；通过logistic回归分析AS发生的影响因素；利用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血清中miR-208b-3p水平诊断AS患者的临床意义。结果 AS组患者血清中miR-208b-3p水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)；logistic回归分析结果显示,miR-208b-3p、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、超敏C反应蛋白均与AS的发生相关(P＜0.05)；ROC结果显示,miR-208b-3p水平评估AS的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.901(95%CI:0.856~0.936),敏感度为77.50%,特异度为89.17%。结论 AS患者血清miR-208b-3p水平上调；miR-208b-3p与AS的发生发展密切相关,可作为评估AS发生的潜在血清学指标。 |

| Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of miR-208b-3p in the serum of patients with atherosclerosis (AS).Methods A total of 120 AS patients admitted to the Department of Cardiology of our hospital from June 2019 to June 2021 were selected AS the AS group,and 120 healthy physical examination personnel matching the general data of the patients were selected as the control group.Real-time fluorescent quantitative PCR (qRT-PCR) method was used to detect the expression level of miR-208b-3p;logistic regression was used to analyze the the influencing factors of AS;receiver operating characteristic curve (ROC) was used to analyze the clinical significance of serum miR-208b-3p level in the diagnosis of AS patients.Results The level of serum miR-208b-3p in the AS group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.001);logistic regression analysis showed that miR-208b-3p,TC,TG,LDL-C and hs-CRP were all related to the occurrence of AS (P＜0.05);ROC results showed that the area under the curve (AUC) of miR-208b-3p level to assess AS was 0.901 (95%CI:0.856-0.936),with a sensitivity of 77.50% and a specificity of 89.17%.Conclusions The level of miR-208b-3p is up-regulated in the serum of AS patients,suggesting that miR-208b-3p is closely related to the occurrence and development of AS,which can be used as a potential serological indicator for assessing the occurrence of AS. |
