| 目的 探讨骨质疏松症(OP)合并2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者淋巴细胞亚群及细胞因子水平的变化及其临床意义。方法 选取 2023年2月至 2024年4月中国人民解放军总医院第八医学中心老年医学科收治的OP患者99例,根据病情分为2组。OP合并T2DM作为观察组,49例；OP不伴T2DM作为对照组,50例。检测2组患者的淋巴细胞亚群和细胞因子等指标,分析其差异。结果 与对照组相比,观察组辅助性/诱导性T细胞百分比较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；白细胞介素(IL)-2、IL-4、IL-8、IL-10、IL-17以及IL-12P70水平也较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 OP合并T2DM患者存在淋巴细胞亚群失衡及炎症因子水平降低。 |

| Objective To explore change of lymphocyte subsets and cytokines in osteoporosis patients with type 2 diabetes,and analyze their roles and clinical significance.Methods A total of 99 osteoporotic patients admitted to the Department of Geriatrics,the 8th Medical Center of the General Hospital of the People′s Liberation Army from February 2023 to April 2024 were selected and divided into two groups.Osteoporosis with type 2 diabetes mellitus group served as the observation group,49 cases;the osteoporosis without type 2 diabetes mellitus group served as the control group,50 cases.The lymphocyte subsets and cytokine indicators of the two groups of patients were detected,and their differences were analyzed.Results Compared the control group,the percentage of helper/inducer T cells in was reduced,and at the same time,the levels of inflammatory cytokines IL-2,IL-4,IL-8,IL-10,IL-17,and IL-12P70 also were significantly reduced.Statistical analysis showed that these differences were significant (P<0.05).Conclusions The OP patients with T2DM presents have an imbalanced lymphocyte subsets and abnormal cytokine levels,which maybe take some role in the pathological process of T2DM and OP. |
