| 全球范围内,糖尿病的患病率呈高速增长态势,遗传因素和经典的环境因素并不能完全解释糖尿病患病率的增长速度。近年来,环境污染物作为内分泌干扰物(EDC)被认为与糖尿病的发病有关。该文分析了EDC与糖尿病风险关联的有关证据,提高人们对环境驱动因素影响糖尿病的认知,以期研究有效干预措施降低糖尿病的发病风险。 |

| Globally,the incidence rate of diabetes is increasing rapidly,and genetic factors and classic environmental factors cannot fully explain the growth rate of incidence rate of diabetes.During recent years,environmental pollutants,as endocrine disruptors (EDC),are considered to be related to the pathogenesis of diabetes.This article analyzes the relevant evidence of the association between EDC and the risk of diabetes,in order to improve people′s understanding of environmental drivers affecting diabetes,and study effective interventions to reduce the risk of diabetes. |
