| 目的 研究赤凤迎源针法针刺“相对穴”治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法 选取 2022年7月至2023年12月黑龙江中医药大学附属第三医院收治的89例膝骨关节炎患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为观察组(30例)、对照A组(29例)和对照B组(30例)。观察组采用赤凤迎源针法针刺“相对穴”治疗,对照A组采用普通针刺治疗,对照B组给予口服安普洛治疗。3组患者均治疗2周。观察3组患者治疗前后膝关节功能活动及疼痛变化情况,评估临床疗效。结果 治疗2周后3组患者的西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)评分和视觉模拟疼痛量表(VAS)评分较治疗前降低(P＜0.05),Lysholm膝关节评分较治疗前升高(P＜0.05),观察组3个评分的改善程度均优于对照A组和对照B组。且观察组的总有效率最高,高达96.7%,而对照A组和对照B组分别为82.7%和73.3%。结论 赤凤迎源针法针刺“相对穴”治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效显著,能有效改善患者膝关节疼痛症状,减轻关节的肿胀程度,改善膝关节活动度,加强膝关节的稳定性,促进膝关节功能恢复。 |

| Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Chifeng Yingyuan acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,and to explore its possible mechanism of action.Methods A total of 89 patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to the Third Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2022 to December 2023 were selected and divided into observation group (30 cases),control A group (29 cases) and control B group (30 cases) according to the random number table method.The observation group was treated with Chifeng Yingyuan acupuncture "relative acupoint",the control A group was treated with ordinary acupuncture,and the control B group was treated with oral amprol.All three groups were treated for 2 weeks.The changes of knee joint function and pain before and after treatment were observed in the three groups,the clinical efficacy was evaluated,and the serum inflammatory factor and matrix metalloproteinase levels before and after treatment were compared.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,the Western Ontario and McMaster University Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC) scores and the visual analogue scale for pain (VAS) of the three groups of patients were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05),and the Lysholm knee score was higher than that before treatment (P<0.05).The improvement of the three scores in the observation group was better than that in the control A group and the control B group.And the observation group had the highest total effective rate,up to 96.7%.While that in the control A group and the control B group was 82.7% and 73.3%,respectively.Conclusions The clinical efficacy of Chifeng Yingyuan acupuncture method in treating knee osteoarthritis by needling "relative acupoints" is significant,which can effectively improve knee joint pain symptoms,reduce the degree of joint swelling,improve knee joint mobility,enhance knee joint stability and promote recovery of knee joint function. |
