| 目的 探究中药封包联合蜡疗技术改善对老年缺血性脑卒中患者脑侧支循环和肢体功能的效果。方法 纳入2022年11月至2023年12月安徽中医药大学第二附属医院收治的 80例老年缺血性脑卒中患者,根据软件随机均分至常规组(40例)、观察组(40例)。常规组以中药封包干预,观察组中药封包联合蜡疗进行干预。对比2组患者侧支循环、肢体功能、肢体痉挛情况以及神经功能的改善情况。结果 (1)干预后,2组动脉血流速度较干预前明显下降,且观察组下降幅度较常规组更为明显(均P<0.05)；(2)观察组上、下肢肢体功能升高幅度较常规组更显著(均P<0.05)；(3)观察组Ashworth评分降低幅度较常规组更显著(均P<0.05)；(4)2组美国国立卫生院卒中量表评分较干预前明显降低,且观察组降低幅度较常规组更显著(均P<0.05)。结论 石蜡疗法与中药封包疗法相结合能够更快速、更有效地改善脑卒中患者的脑侧支循环和肢体、神经功能,缓解肢体痉挛。 |

| Objective To investigate the effect of Chinese medicine package combined with wax therapy technique on improving cerebral collateral circulation and limb function in elderly ischemic stroke patients.Methods A total of 80 elderly cases of ischemic stroke in Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medlicine from November 2022 to December 2023 were included and randomly allocated to the conventional group (n=40) and the observation group (n=40).The conventional group was delivered with Chinese medicine package intervention and the experimental group was administered with herbal sealing in conjunction with wax therapy technique.Improvements in lateral limb circulation,limb function,limb spasticity and neurological function were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,(1) arterial blood flow velocity decreased significantly in both groups compared with the pre-intervention period,and the magnitude of the reduction was more pronounced in the observation group than that in the conventional group (both P<0.05);(2) The elevation of upper and lower limb function was more conspicuous in the experimental group than in the conventional group (both P<0.05);(3) the magnitude of reduction of Ashworth score was more noticeable in the experimental group than in the conventional group (both P<0.05);(4) National Institutes of Health Stroke (NIHSS) Scale scores were definitely reduced in both groups as compared to the pre-intervention period,and the reduction in the experimental group was more pronounced than that in the conventional group (both P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of wax therapy technique and traditional Chinese medicine sealing therapy synthesizes the advantages of the two therapies,which can rapidly and effectively improve the cerebral collateral circulation and limb and nerve function,and alleviate limb spasticity of stroke patients. |
