| 目的 探讨中医药康复治疗老年波动性低频感音神经性聋的效果。方法 选取2022年1月至2023年4月就诊于天津中医药大学第一附属医院诊断为波动性低频感音神经性聋伴发耳鸣的21例患者,在西医治疗结束1周后进行中医干预,且不采用其他西医药物治疗。按接诊时间分为干预组(11例)和对照组(10例)。对照组行单纯中药干预；干预组采用穴位针灸、熏艾灸条配合中药治疗,同时做保健操。结果 对照组在中药治疗3、6个月后,低频平均听阈、言语识别率有所改善(P<0.01)。干预组在中医药康复治疗3个月、6个月、1年后,低频平均听阈、言语识别率均有明显改善(P<0.01)。治疗3个月、6个月、1年后,干预组在低频平均听阈及言语识别改善方面明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。2组治疗前后耳鸣改善总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 老年波动性低频感音神经性聋发作后,实施中西医联合康复疗效显著,尤其是半年后听力和言语识别率持续稳定恢复,波动性发作频率减少,有助于巩固西医疗效。 |

| Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation after western medicine treatment of elderly patients with fluctuating low-frequency sensorineural hearing loss.Methods Twenty-one patients diagnosed with fluctuating low-frequency sensorineural hearing loss accompanied by tinnitus at the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to April 2023 were selected.Chinese medicine intervention should be carried out one week after the end of western medicine treatment,and no other western medicine drugs should be used for treatment,they were divided into intervention group (11 cases) and control group (10 cases) according to the time of reception.The control group received simple traditional Chinese medicine intervention.The intervention group was treated with acupoint acupuncture and moxibustion,fumigation and moxibustion strips combined with traditional Chinese medicine,and health exercises were performed at the same time.Results After 3 and 6 months of traditional Chinese medicine treatment,the control group showed improvement in low-frequency average hearing threshold and speech recognition rate (P<0.01).After 3 months,6 months,and 1 year of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment,the intervention group showed significant improvements in low-frequency average hearing threshold and speech recognition rate (P<0.01).After 3 months,6 months,and 1 year of treatment,the intervention group showed significant improvement in low-frequency average hearing threshold and speech recognition compared to the control group (P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in the total effective rate of tinnitus improvement between the two groups before and after treatment (P>0.05).Conclusions The combined rehabilitation of traditional Chinese and western medicine has significant therapeutic effects on elderly patients with fluctuating low-frequency sensorineural hearing loss,especially after six months of continuous and stable recovery of hearing and language recognition rates,and a reduction in the frequency of fluctuating episodes,which helps to consolidate the effectiveness of western medicine. |
