| 抑郁症是一种常见的精神障碍性疾病。现代医学治疗抑郁症主要以药物治疗为主。大部分药物虽疗效确切但具有依赖性强、不良反应多等情况。合欢皮是中医治疗抑郁症的常用中药,在长期实践中中医积累了合欢皮治疗抑郁症的丰富经验。现代药理学研究表明,合欢皮含的三萜类、黄酮类、木脂素类化合物等有效成分,可通过降低丘脑-垂体-肾上腺轴活性、保护脑神经、调节单胺类神经递质等多种作用机制治疗抑郁症。合欢皮治疗抑郁症具有安全性高、疗效好、不良反应少等优点。 |

| Depression is a common mental disorder.Modern medical treatment of depression is mainly based on drug therapy,most of the drugs are effective but have strong dependence and side effects.Albizia bark is a commonly used Chinese medicine to treat depression.During the long-term practice,Chinese medicine has accumulated rich experience in treating depression with albizia bark.Modern pharmacological studies have shown that the active components of Alacacia bark,such as triterpenoids,flavonoids and lignans,can treat depression by reducing HPA axis activity,protecting brain nerves,regulating monoamine neurotransmitters with the advantages of high safety,good efficacy and few side effects. |
