| 随着全球老龄化进程的加速,肌骨共减综合征已成为严重威胁老年人健康的主要问题之一。该综合征表现为肌少症和骨质疏松症的共存,可显著增加跌倒和骨折风险,严重影响老年人生活质量并加重社会和经济负担。该文综述了肌骨共减综合征的定义、流行病学特征、病理生理机制、危险因素、诊断、临床结局及综合管理策略,以期为改善老年人健康提供新的思路。 |

| With the acceleration of global aging,osteosarcopenia has become a major health concern for the elderly.Characterized by the co-occurrence of sarcopenia and osteoporosis,this syndrome significantly increases the risk of falls and fractures,severely impacting the quality of life of the elderly and adding to social and economic burdens.This paper reviews the definition and epidemiological characteristics,pathophysiological mechanisms,risk factors,diagnosis and clinical outcomes,and integrated management strategies for osteosarcopenia,aiming to provide new perspectives for improving the health of the elderly. |
