| 目的 探讨髓内钉治疗稳定型股骨转子间骨折术后内固定失效的影响因素。方法 回顾性分析2010年1月至2024年5月在北京医院行髓内钉内固定植入手术的187例稳定型股骨转子间骨折患者的病历资料。将患者的人口学信息、骨折相关病史、围术期资料、术后影像中的相关指标纳入研究因素,将术后满3个月的髋关节影像资料作为内固定失效与否的判断依据。通过简单关联性分析以及二元logistic回归对相关因素进行分析。结果 在术后3个月完成随访的187例患者中,有7例患者出现了内固定失效,内固定失效率约为3.74%。AO分型、尖顶距(TAD)与随访结局之间有关联(P<0.05)。结论 AO分型、TAD可能是稳定型股骨转子间骨折髓内钉治疗术后内固定失效的影响因素。 |

| Objective To explore the influencing factors of postoperative internal fixation failure in the treatment of stable intertrochanteric fractures with intramedullary nails.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the medical records of 187 patients with stable intertrochanteric fractures who underwent intramedullary nail implantation surgery at a Beijing hospital from January 2010 to May 2024.The demographic information of patients,fracture related medical history,perioperative data,and relevant indicators in postoperative imaging were included as research factors,and hip joint imaging data at least 3 months after surgery as the basis for determining the failure of internal fixation.Simple correlation analysis and binary logistic regression were used to analyse,screen and confire these factors.Results Among the 187 patients followed up for 3 months after surgery,7 patients experienced internal fixation failure,with an internal fixation failure rate of approximately 3.74%.There was a significant statistical correlation (P<0.05) between AO classification,apex distance (TAD),and follow-up outcomes.Conclusion AO classification and TAD may be influencing factors on the failure rate of internal fixation after intramedullary nail treatment for stable intertrochanteric fractures of the femur. |
