| 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征(OSAS)是临床上常见的睡眠呼吸障碍性疾病,患病率高,在不同人群中分布广泛。几丁质酶-3样蛋白-1(YKL-40)是一种肝素和几丁质结合糖蛋白,最初发现于小鼠的癌症细胞中,被认为是巨噬细胞活化的标志物。研究发现,YKL-40在包括OSAS在内的多种疾病中表达稳定,特异性高。YKL-40作为患者体内的炎症细胞因子,可用于OSAS的诊断及病情分级。该文综述了YKL-40与OSAS及其并发症的相关研究进展。 |

| Obstructive sleep apnea hypopnea syndrome (OSAS) is a common sleep breathing disorder with a high prevalence.Chitinase-3-like protein-1 (YKL-40) is a heparin-chitin-binding glycoprotein originally found in mouse cancer cells and is considered to be a marker of macrophage activation.Studies have shown that YKL-40 is stably expressed in a variety of diseases,including OSAS,with high specificity.As an inflammatory cytokine in patients,YKL-40 can be used for the diagnosis and grading of OSAS.This article reviews the research progress of YKL-40,OSAS and its complications. |
