| 膀胱癌可以分为非肌层浸润性膀胱癌和肌层浸润性膀胱癌,其中肌层浸润性膀胱癌患者的复发率与病死率都相对较高。深入理解膀胱癌的发病机制,积极寻找有效的膀胱癌治疗方法具有重要意义。原代培养的细胞能较好地保留原有肿瘤组织的细胞特性,是基础医学研究的良好工具。这些细胞可以用于研究肿瘤的生物学特性、评估药物的疗效和安全性等,为寻找新的治疗策略提供基础。该文就膀胱癌的原代细胞培养方法和鉴别手段等进行综述,为探索膀胱癌发病机制和诊疗新手段提供新的途径和思路。 |

| Bladder cancer can be divided into non-muscle invasive bladder cancer and muscle-invasive bladder cancer.The recurrence rate and mortality rate of muscle-invasive bladder cancer are relatively high.It is of great significance to deeply understand the pathogenesis and actively find effective treatment methods for bladder cancer.The primary cultured tumor cells can better retain the cell characteristics of the original tumor tissue,which is a good tool for basic medical research.The primary tumor cells can be used to study the biological characteristics of tumors,evaluate the efficacy and safety of drugs,etc.,and provide a basis for the development of new therapeutic strategies.This article reviews the primary tumor cell culture and identification methods for bladder cancer,to provide new ways and ideas for the exploration of the pathogenesis of bladder cancer and the development of new diagnosis and treatment methods. |
