| 我国原发性肝癌的疾病负担十分沉重,新发病例和死亡病例均约占全球的一半,对个人和家庭造成巨大的健康和经济负担,也对国家造成重大的经济损失。肝癌起病常具有隐匿性,早期症状不典型,导致约70%的患者在确诊时已处于中晚期,生存率显著降低。肝癌的筛查对于高危人群至关重要,它不仅能够提高早期肝癌的确诊率,还能显著提高患者的生存率。然而,我国现阶段肝癌筛查的覆盖率并不理想。该文将从肝癌早筛的目标人群、基础筛查技术、所面临的挑战及潜在的解决策略等方面进行深入探讨,旨在为肝癌筛查的实践活动提供指导,提升我国肝癌早筛的覆盖率,降低肝癌疾病负担。 |

| The disease burden of primary liver cancer in China is very heavy,with new cases and deaths accounting for about half of the global total,causing huge health and economic burdens on individuals and families,as well as significant economic losses to the country.The onset of liver cancer is often insidious,with atypical early symptoms,resulting in about 70% of patients being diagnosed in the middle to late stages and significantly reduced survival rates.Screening for liver cancer is crucial for high-risk populations,as it can not only improve the diagnosis rate of early liver cancer,but also significantly increase the survival rate of patients.However,the current coverage rate of liver cancer screening in China is not ideal.This article will explore the target population,basic screening techniques,challenges faced,and potential solutions for early screening of liver cancer,aiming to provide guidance for practical activities of liver cancer screening,improve the coverage of early screening of liver cancer in China,and reduce the burden caused by liver cancer. |
