| 目的 探讨结直肠癌超适应证患者行内镜下全层切除术(EFTR)治疗的护理措施及影响因素。方法 回顾性分析2023年1月至2024年8月中国人民解放军总医院第一医学中心内镜中心实施EFTR切除的5例结直肠癌患者的临床资料。结果 5例患者中男性2例,女性3例；年龄44~71岁；肿瘤位于直肠2例,阑尾口1例,升结肠1例,降结肠1例。5例EFTR手术均获成功并完整切除肿瘤,手术时间26~50 min。术中及术后均未出现出血和穿孔,有1例出现术后发热,经对症处理后好转,安全出院。结论 EFTR治疗结直肠癌效果较好,充分的围术期护理有助于减少并发症。 |

| Objective To explore the nursing measures and impact of endoscopic full-thickness resection (EFTR) for patients with colorectal cancer.Methods The clinical data of 5 patients with early colorectal cancer who underwent EFTR resection in our endoscopy center from January 2023 to August 2024 was analyzed.Results Among the 5 patients,there were 2 males and 3 females,aged 44-71 years;the tumors were located in the upper rectum in 2 cases,appendiceal in 1 case,ascending colon in 1 case,and descending colon in 1 case.All 5 EFTR surgeries were successful in complete tumor resection,with a surgical time of 26-50 minutes.There was no bleeding or perforation during or after the surgery,with one case of postoperative fever that improved after symptomatic treatment,and the patient was discharged safely.Conclusions EFTR has a good therapeutic effect for colorectal cancer,and adequate perioperative care is helpful for surgical success and reducing complications. |
