| 随着我国进入急速老龄化阶段,危重症住院患者也出现老龄化趋势。营养支持治疗是具有营养风险或合并营养不良老年危重患者综合救治的重要部分。科学、规范的营养支持治疗对于改善老年危重患者的营养状况、免疫功能和临床结局非常重要。由中华医学会老年医学分会、中国医师协会老年医学科医师分会发起,组织多学科专家制订的《中国老年危重患者营养支持治疗指南(2023)》(以下简称 《指南》)基于循证医学证据提出了33条推荐意见,涵盖老年危重患者的营养支持管理原则、治疗时机与途径、营养需求、血糖管理、合并肌少症、出院后营养干预以及临床监测六大方面。该文阐述了《指南》的制订背景、过程及其临床应用价值,旨在为老年医学和多学科协作提供依据,优化老年危重患者的营养支持策略,从而提高其临床获益及生活质量。 |

| With a rapid population aging in China,there has been a noticeable trend of aging among hospitalized critically ill patients.Nutritional support therapy plays a crucial role in the comprehensive treatment of elderly critically ill patients with nutritional risks or malnutrition.Scientific and standardized nutritional support therapy is essential for improving the nutritional status,immune function,and clinical outcomes of elderly critically ill patients.The Practical guideline on nutritional therapy in critical geriatrics in China (2023) (hereinafter referred to as the guideline),initiated by the Chinese Geriatrics Society and the Geriatrics Medical Doctor Branch of Chinese Medical Doctor Association,was developed by a multidisciplinary expert team.Based on evidence-based medical evidence,the guideline provides 33 recommendations,covering six main aspects:principles of nutritional support management,timing and approaches,nutritional requirements,glucose management,sarcopenia management,post-discharge nutritional intervention,and clinical monitoring for elderly critically ill patients.This paper discusses the background,development process,and clinical value of the guideline,aiming to provide a basis for clinical practice and multidisciplinary collaboration,optimize nutritional support strategies for elderly critically ill patients,and enhance their clinical outcomes and quality of life. |
