| 目的 探讨新型冠状病毒感染对老年人群免疫及代谢指标的影响。方法 将每年规律在北京医院老年科进行常规体检的1 180例老年人作为研究对象,回顾性分析其在2018年及2020年的体检资料。收集研究对象空腹静脉血的免疫及代谢指标检测结果,比较2018年及2020年血T淋巴细胞亚群、血B淋巴细胞亚群、免疫球蛋白、血糖、血脂及血钙、血清铁等相关指标变化。结果 2020年与2018年相比,免疫指标中免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白E升高(P<0.001),免疫球蛋白M减低(P=0.002),空腹血糖及糖化血红蛋白升高(P<0.001)；总胆固醇水平(P<0.001)及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(P=0.002)水平降低；血尿酸、血钾、血钙、血镁、血清铁水平均有下降(P<0.001)。结论 新型冠状病毒感染前后,老年人群的血糖水平升高,免疫球蛋白M、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平及血钾、血钙、血镁、血清铁水平减低。 |

| Objective To explore the effects of SARS-CoV-2 infection on immune and metabolic indexes in the elderly.Methods Clinical data of 1 180 elderly patients who underwent routine physical examination in our hospital at 2018 and 2020 were retrospectively analyzed.Fasting venous blood was collected for detecting immune and metabolic indicators.The changes of blood T.B lymphocyte subsets,immunoglobulin,blood glucose,blood lipids,blood calcium,serum iron and other related indicators of the study subjects in 2018 and 2020 were compared.Results Among the 1 180 cases who underwent routine physical examination comparing between 2020 and 2018,immunoglobulin A and immunoglobulin E increased(P<0.001),while immunoglobulin M decreased slightly(P=0.002).Fasting blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin increased(P<0.001),total cholesterol(P<0.001) and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol levels(P=0.002) were slightly decreased.Blood uric acid,potassium,calcium,magnesium and serum iron decreased(P<0.001).Conclusions Before and after the COVID-19 epidemic,the blood sugar level of the elderly increase,and the levels of immunoglobulin M,high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,and blood potassium,calcium,magnesium,and iron decrease. |
