| 热痹属于五淫痹之一,是热邪主导的以关节热痛、红肿等热象为主要表现的痹病,相当于现代医学中的各类急性炎症性关节疾病。新安医学为根植于徽文化沃土上的综合性中医学术流派,在热痹的治疗方面具有浓郁的地域特色与优势。为了规范和指导新安医学诊治热痹的临床实践,该共识就热痹的病因病机、辨证分型、辨证论治、内服制剂、外治疗法、针灸疗法、食疗、预防调摄等新安医学特色诊疗经验进行总结,为热痹的诊治提供参考。 |

| Heat arthralgia is a type of arthralgia by heat evil,mainly manifested by heat symptoms such as joint heat pain,redness and swelling,which is equivalent to all kinds of acute inflammatory joint diseases in modern medicine.Xin′an medicine is a comprehensive academic school of traditional Chinese medicine rooted in the fertile soil of Hui culture.It has strong regional characteristics and advantages in the treatment of Heat arthralgia.In order to standardize and guide the clinical practice of diagnosis and treatment of Heat arthralgia in Xin′an medicine,this consensus summarizes the characteristic clinical experience of Xin′an medicine,such as etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome classification,syndrome differentiation and treatment,internal medicine preparation,external treatment,acupuncture therapy,diet therapy,prevention and adjustment,providing reference for the diagnosis and treatment of Heat arthralgia. |
