| 脑卒中后疲劳(PSF)是一种多维动态的运动感知、情感和认知体验,其特征是在体力或精神活动过程中出现的早期疲惫感、疲倦、缺乏活力和厌恶努力,通常不会通过休息得到改善。积极有效地评估PSF有助于改善脑卒中患者疲劳水平和主动意愿,提高患者自我效能,为临床提供积极、有效的干预措施。本文对近年来PSF的相关研究进行综述,为临床康复工作提供参考。 |

| Post-stroke fatigue (PSF) is a complex,multidimensional phenomenon encompassing sensorimotor,affective,and cognitive dimensions.It is characterized by premature exhaustion,diminished energy levels,and aversion to exertion during physical or mental activities,which typically do not improve with rest.Accurate and comprehensive assessment of PSF can enhance patient outcomes by alleviating fatigue,promoting initiative and self-efficacy,and guiding the implementation of effective clinical interventions.This article provides a brief review of recent research on PSF in order to provide reference for clinical studies. |
