| 目的 探讨接受维得利珠单抗(VDZ)治疗的中重度溃疡性结肠炎(UC)患者的炎症指标、营养指标和心理健康状况。方法 回顾性收集2020年1月至2024年11月在中国科学技术大学附属第一医院(安徽省立医院)接受VDZ治疗的51例中重度UC患者临床资料,分析基线(第0周)以及治疗后第14周和第54周的患者临床症状、疾病活动指标、实验室指标、治疗期间的不良反应和心理健康指标的变化。结果 51例患者中,47例患者接受VDZ治疗超过14周,40例患者接受了VDZ治疗54周以上。治疗14周的患者白蛋白和血红蛋白水平明显低于治疗54周的患者(P=0.013,P=0.041)。与治疗14周患者比较,治疗54周患者的临床反应率更高、焦虑评分和抑郁评分均较低,差异均有统计学意义(均P＜0.05)。结论 与14周的治疗疗程相比,接受VDZ治疗54周的患者营养指标和临床反应率更佳,同时心理健康水平得到改善。 |

| Objective To explore the inflammatory indicators,nutritional indicators,and mental health status of patients with moderate to severe ulcerative colitis (UC) receiving treatment with vedolizumab (VDZ).Methods A retrospective collection of clinical data was conducted on 51 patients with moderate to severe UC who received VDZ treatment at the First Affiliated Hospital of the University of Science and Technology of China from January 2020 to November 2024.The clinical symptoms,disease activity indicators,laboratory results,adverse reactions during treatment,and psychological health indicators of patients were analyzed at baseline (week 0),as well as at weeks 14 and 54 after treatment.Results Among the 51 patients,47 patients received VDZ treatment for more than 14 weeks,and 40 patients received VDZ treatment for more than 54 weeks.The albumin level and the hemoglobin level in patients treated for 14 weeks were significantly lower than that in patients treated for 54 weeks (P=0.013,P=0.041).The clinical response rate,anxiety score,and depression score of patients treated for 14 weeks and 54 weeks were compared,and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05).Conclusions Compared with a 14 week treatment course,patients receiving VDZ treatment for 54 weeks have higher nutritional indicators and clinical response rates,while their mental health level is improved. |
