| 目的 探讨葛根汤联合针灸推拿(简称针推)疗法对颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法 选取2020年1月至2021年6月安徽中医药大学第一附属医院诊治的70例颈型颈椎病患者。通过随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(35例,针推治疗)与观察组(35例,针推加葛根汤治疗)。比较2组患者治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)、颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)、颈椎病临床评价量表(CASCS)及关节活动度(ROM)评分的变化情况与临床疗效。结果 治疗前,比较2组患者VAS、NDI、CASCS及ROM评分,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。治疗后,2组上述评分较治疗前均出现改善(P<0.05)。2组患者治疗后VAS、NDI、CASCS、ROM评分比较,观察组更优,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。观察组总有效率达91.43%,高于对照组的74.29%(P<0.05)。结论 葛根汤联合针推治疗颈型颈椎病,可显著缓解疼痛,改善颈椎功能和生活质量,提高临床疗效。 |

| Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Gegen decoction plus acupuncture and moxibustion and Tuina on cervical spondylosis.Methods Seventy patients with cervical spondylosis diagnosed and treated at the First Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected.According to the random number table method,the subjects were divided into a control group (35 cases,treated with acupuncture and moxibustion) and an observation group (35 cases,treated with acupuncture and moxibustion plus Gegen decoction).Compare the changes in pain visual analogue scale (VAS),cervical dysfunction index (NDI),cervical spondylosis clinical evaluation scale (CASCS),and range of motion (ROM) scores between two groups of patients before and after treatment,and evaluate their clinical efficacy.Results Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in VAS,NDI,CASCS,and ROM scores between the two groups (P>0.05).After treatment,both groups showed improvement in the above scores compared to before treatment (P<0.05),and the differences in VAS,NDI,and CASCS scores between the two groups were statistically significant (all P<0.05).In terms of joint mobility,there was a statistically significant difference in ROM scores between the two groups after treatment (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group reached 91.43%,which was higher than that of the control group′s 74.29%,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of modified Gegen decoction and acupuncture can significantly alleviate pain,improve cervical function and quality of life,and enhance clinical efficacy in the treatment of cervical spondylosis. |
