| 卒中作为全球第二大死因及第三大残疾原因,已成为全球关注的公共卫生问题,而卒中后失眠作为常见的并发症,已经严重影响了卒中患者的身心健康。高压氧治疗(HBOT)可显著改善卒中后失眠患者的睡眠质量评分,但其分子机制尚未完全阐明。本文系统综述HBOT在卒中后失眠中的临床应用证据与作用机制,旨在为优化治疗策略提供循证依据。 |

| Stroke,as the second leading cause of death and the third leading cause of disability worldwide,has become a public health issue of global concern.Post stroke insomnia,as a common complication,has seriously affected the physical and mental health of stroke patients.Research has shown that hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) can significantly improve the sleep quality score of post-stroke insomnia patients,but its molecular mechanism has not been fully elucidated.This article systematically reviews the clinical evidence and mechanism of action of HBOT in post-stroke insomnia,aiming to provide evidence-based support for optimizing treatment strategies. |
