| 衰弱是老年人不良健康结局的危险因素,然而关于衰弱潜在的病理生理机制尚不清楚。寻找衰弱的特异性生物标志物有助于识别高风险人群,新近研究证实炎症因子可能是衰弱的潜在生物标志物。本文就衰弱炎症标志物的研究进展进行综述,以期为衰弱早期识别及干预提供临床依据。 |

| Frailty is a risk factor for poor health outcomes in the elderly.However,the underlying physiopathological mechanisms of frailty are still unclear.Identifying frailty before no obvious clinical manifestations and looking for specific biomarkers of frailty can help identify people at high risk.More and more studies are focusing on inflammatory factors as potential markers of frailty.This paper reviews the research progress on inflammatory markers of frailty with the aim of providing new targets for early identification and intervention of frailty. |
