| 社会衰弱是老年综合征衰弱的一个关键维度,表现为老年人在社会资源、社交行为、社会活动和自我管理能力方面的持续缺乏。本文综述了社会衰弱的概念、现状、评估工具及其与身体、心理、认知、口腔衰弱的关系。研究发现,社会衰弱与身体衰弱、心理衰弱和认知衰弱均存在密切关联,且可能相互影响,加速衰弱进程。为有效预防和干预老年人衰弱,需综合考量多种衰弱亚型。未来研究应深入探索社会衰弱与其他衰弱亚型的相互作用机制,为老年健康管理和干预策略的制订提供科学依据,并加强社区老年人的衰弱筛查和评估工作。 |

| Social frailty,as a key dimension of the frailty of geriatric syndrome,is manifested by the persistent lack of social resources,social behavior,social activities and self-management ability of the elderly.This paper reviews the concept,status quo,assessment tools of social frailty and its relationship with physical,mental,cognitive and oral frailty.Studies have found that social frailty is closely related to physical frailty,psychological frailty and cognitive frailty,and may affect each other to accelerate the frailty process.In order to effectively prevent and intervene in senile frailty,a variety of frailty subtypes should be considered comprehensively.Future studies should further explore the interaction mechanism between social frailty and other frailty subtypes,provide scientific basis for the formulation of health management and intervention strategies for the elderly,and strengthen the frailty screening and evaluation of the elderly in the community. |
