| 随着全球人口老龄化趋势日益加剧,衰弱已逐渐成为影响老年群体健康的主要挑战之一。老年慢性肾脏病(CKD)患者因独特的病理生理机制,衰弱患病率显著高于同龄人群；同时,衰弱与多种肾病不良结局密切相关,严重影响患者的生活质量和远期预后。因此,针对老年肾病患者开展衰弱的早期筛查和综合干预具有重要临床意义。本文围绕老年CKD患者衰弱的评估方法、流行病学、临床预后、发病机制以及防治策略展开综述。 |

| With the increasing trend of global population ageing,frailty has gradually emerged as one of the major challenges affecting the health of elderly population.Older adults with chronic kidney disease (CKD) exhibit a significantly higher prevalence of frailty compared to their age-matched counterparts due to unique pathophysiological mechanisms.Meanwhile,frailty is closely associated with various adverse renal outcomes,severely impacting patients′ quality of life and long-term prognosis.Therefore,it is of great clinical significance to carry out early screening and comprehensive interventions for frailty in elderly patients with kidney disease.This review focuses on the assessment methods,epidemiology,clinical outcomes,pathogenesis,and management strategies of frailty in older patients with CKD. |
