| 慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)是全球发病率与病死率居高不下的慢性呼吸系统疾病,其病理特征为持续气流受限与气道慢性炎症反应。随着全球老龄化进程加速,老年COPD患者数量呈显著上升趋势,而衰弱综合征作为老年人群特有的生理功能衰退状态,与COPD在老年群体中呈现高度共患性。两者共享慢性炎症、氧化应激、神经内分泌紊乱等病理生理机制,相互作用可导致肌肉功能减退、活动能力下降及生活质量恶化,显著增加急性加重、住院及死亡风险。本文整合国内外近年研究证据,从流行病学特征、病理交互机制、临床评估体系及干预策略等方面进行阐述,旨在为老年COPD合并衰弱综合征的临床管理提供循证依据。 |

| Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a chronic respiratory disease with persistently high incidence and mortality rates globally.Its pathological characteristics include persistent airflow limitation and chronic airway inflammation.With the accelerated global aging process,the number of elderly patients with COPD is significantly increasing.Frailty syndrome,a specific physiological decline in the elderly population,is highly comorbid with COPD in this group.Both conditions share pathophysiological mechanisms such as chronic inflammation,oxidative stress,and neuroendocrine disorders.Their interaction can lead to decreased muscle function,reduced mobility,and worsening quality of life,significantly increasing the risk of acute exacerbation,hospitalization,and death.This article synthesizes the latest research evidence from both domestic and international sources,discusse aspects such as epidemiological characteristics,pathological interaction mechanisms,clinical assessment systems,and intervention strategies.It aims to provide evidence-based guidance for the clinical management of elderly COPD patients with frailty syndrome. |
