| 我国人口老龄化具有老年人口规模巨大且持续增长、老龄化发展速度较快等特征。加强老年人群慢性病的保健管理,提升健康素养,延缓疾病进展,促进功能维护和生活质量改善,已成为实现健康老龄化战略目标的重要内容。本文结合健康中国战略要求,分析我国老年慢性病保健管理的特征与发展现状,探讨未来优化策略,为促进健康老龄化提供参考依据。 |

| China′s aging population is characterized by a large and sustained growth of the elderly population and a rapid development of aging.Strengthening the healthcare management of chronic diseases in the elderly population,enhancing health literacy,delaying disease progression,promoting functional maintenance and improving quality of life,have become an important part of achieving the strategic goals of healthy aging.This article combines the requirements of the Healthy China strategy to analyze the characteristics and current development status of elderly chronic disease healthcare management in China,explore future optimization strategies,and provide reference for promoting healthy aging. |
