| 特发性突发性感音神经性听力损失简称突发性聋。在老年人群多见,突发性聋患者经过治疗约1/3可以恢复听力,但另外2/3不能或仅能部分恢复,年龄是预后的重要因素之一,年龄越大预后越差。听力损失与老年人痴呆、内在能力下降、衰弱、失能密切相关。近年来,越来越多的证据提示,老年突发性聋与共病相关。在治疗突发性聋的同时,加强共病管理尤为重要,应筛查和管理高血压、糖尿病、血脂异常、阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停低通气综合征及不健康的生活方式,运用多学科团队工作模式进行综合管理,进一步探索突发性聋老年患者的血管疾病特征及有效干预方法,为改善听力恢复率提供新的治疗策略。 |

| Idiopathic sudden sensorineural hearing loss (ISSNHL) known as sudden deafness is more common in older adults.About one third of patients with ISSNHL can completely recover after treatment,while the two thirds cannot or only partially restore their hearing ability.Age is one of the key factors for prognosis and older age leads to poorer outcomes.Hearing loss is closely related to dementia,decreased intrinsic capacity,frailty and physical disability in older adults.In recent years,increasing evidences suggest that ISSNHL is associated with multimorbidity.Therefore,it is crucial to manage multimorbidities effectively when treating ISSNHL.It includes screening and managing hypertension,diabetes,dyslipidemia,obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome and unhealthy lifestyles.Multidisciplinary team approach for comprehensive management is recommended.Further research of characteristics of vascular disease and effective intervention methods in older adults with ISSNHL can provide scientific evidence and new therapeutic strategies to improve hearing recovery rates. |
