| 目的 比较单髁膝关节置换术(UKA)和全膝关节置换术(TKA)治疗膝关节内侧间室骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法 回顾性研究。收集2021年9月至2023年4月皖南医学院第一附属医院采用TKA或UKA术式治疗的92例膝关节内侧间室骨关节炎患者病历资料,术后随访至少12个月,评估围术期相关指标、术后临床疗效及患者满意度。结果 与TKA组相比,UKA组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量均较少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。UKA组术后第1个月的疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分低于TKA组(P<0.05),UKA组患者术后第3个月的膝关节屈伸活动度及膝关节置换术后评分均优于TKA组(P<0.05)。2组患者术后1年的膝关节损伤与骨关节炎评分差异无统计学意义 (P＞0.05)。结论 对于膝关节内侧间室骨关节炎患者,UKA比TKA手术时间短、术中出血量少、术后早期膝关节功能恢复更好。 |

| Objective To compare the clinical efficacy of unicompartmental knee arthroplasty (UKA) and total knee arthroplasty (TKA) in treating medial compartment osteoarthritis of the knee joint,with a follow-up period of at least 12 months after surgery.Methods A retrospective study was conducted.Medical records of 92 patients with osteoarthritis of the medial compartment of the knee joint who underwent TKA or UKA surgery at the First Affiliated Hospital of Wannan Medical College from September 2021 to April 2023 were collected.Postoperative follow-up was conducted for at least 12 months to evaluate perioperative indicators,postoperative clinical efficacy,and patient satisfaction.Results Compared with the TKA group,the UKA group had significantly shorter operation time,less intraoperative blood loss,and less postoperative drainage (P<0.05).The visual analog scale (VAS) pain score at 1 month after surgery was lower in the UKA group than that in the TKA group (P<0.05),and the range of motion and HSS score of the knee joint at 3 months after surgery were better in the UKA group than those in the TKA group (P<0.05).There was no significant difference in knee joint injury and osteoarthritis scores between the two groups at 1 year after surgery (P>0.05).Conclusions For patients with osteoarthritis of the medial compartment of the knee joint,UKA has shorter operation time,less intraoperative blood loss,and better early postoperative knee joint function recovery compared to TKA. |
