| 阿尔茨海默病的早期精准诊断与个体化治疗一直是神经退行性疾病研究中的核心挑战。随着人工智能、大数据与多组学手段的发展,多模态生物标志物在疾病早期诊断、疾病预测、疾病分期、疗效监测及个体化治疗等方面展现出巨大潜力,开辟了全新的研究与应用路径。本文系统总结了多模态生物标志物在阿尔茨海默病诊断与疾病进展中的研究进展,旨在为实现阿尔茨海默病的精准诊断与治疗提供科学支撑。 |

| The early accurate diagnosis and personalized treatment of Alzheimer′s disease have always been the core challenges in the research of neurodegenerative diseases.With the development of AI,big data,and multi omics methods,multimodal biomarkers have shown great potential in early disease diagnosis,disease prediction,disease staging,efficacy monitoring and personalized treatment,which open up new research and application paths.This article systematically summarizes the research progress of multimodal biomarkers in the diagnosis and progression of Alzheimer′s disease,aiming to provide scientific support for achieving accurate diagnosis and treatment of Alzheimer′s disease. |
