| 目的 探讨肝储备功能检测中色素浓度图异常的改进措施及其效果评价。方法 回顾性分析2024年6—8月,中国人民解放军总医院第五医学中心老年医学科实施的吲哚菁绿试验肝储备功能检测的154例患者色素浓度图异常原因,并制订相应的改进措施。改进措施主要包括集中培训、细化流程、规范操作等。随后,将2024年9—10月实施的250例肝储备功能检测结果与干预前进行对比。结果 实施改进措施后,250例肝储备功能检测中色素浓度图异常发生率由改进前的21.43%降至1.20%。具体表现为曲线后移、双峰、峰值过低、峰值过高、中段干扰、图像杂音及鼻夹原因等异常情况的发生率均有所降低。医生满意率由改进前的98.0%提升至100.0%,患者满意率由改进前的97.5%提升至100.0%。结论 针对肝储备功能检测制订的改进措施,有效降低了色素浓度图异常的发生率,提高了检测的准确性,间接减少了复测概率,显著提升了医生和患者的满意度。 |

| Objective To explore the improvement measures and effectiveness evaluation of abnormal pigment concentration maps in liver reserve function testing.Methods From June to August 2024,154 patients with abnormal pigment concentration maps detected by indocyanine green test in the department of geriatrics of Fifth Medical Center,General Hospital of the People′s Liberation Army were retrospectively analyzed,and corresponding improvement measures were formulated.The improvement measures mainly include centralized training,refined processes,standardized operations,etc.Subsequently,the results of 250 liver reserve function tests conducted from September to October 2024 were compared with those before the intervention.Results After implementing improvement measures,the incidence of abnormal pigment concentration maps in 250 liver reserve function tests decreased from 21.43% before improvement to 1.20%.The specific manifestations include a decrease in the incidence of abnormal situations such as curve backward shift,double peak,low peak,high peak,mid segment interference,image noise,and nasal clip reasons.Doctor satisfaction has increased from 98.0% before the improvement to 100.0%,and patient satisfaction has increased from 97.5% before the improvement to 100.0%.Conclusions The improvement measures developed for liver reserve function testing have effectively reduced the incidence of abnormal pigment concentration maps,improved the accuracy of testing,indirectly reduced the probability of retesting,and significantly improved the satisfaction of doctors and patients. |
