| 随着全球老龄化进程的加速,老年睡眠障碍已成为影响老年人生活质量和健康结局的重要公共卫生问题。老年睡眠障碍在类型分布、临床表现和病理生理机制上与年轻人存在显著差异,更与老年综合征存在复杂的关联。本文系统分析了老年睡眠障碍的流行病学特征,深入探讨了其与老年综合征之间的双向交互关系,并基于老年综合征风险提出针对性的应对策略,为老年睡眠障碍的综合管理提供更具老年医学特色的理论依据和实践指导。 |

| With the global population aging,geriatric sleep disorders have emerged as a critical public health issue,significantly impacting the quality of life and health outcomes of older adults.Compared with sleep disorders in younger adults,geriatric sleep disorders exhibit distinct differences in clinical manifestations,disease distribution,and pathophysiological mechanisms.Furthermore,they demonstrate heightened complexity due to their comorbidities and bidirectional interplay with core geriatric syndromes.This article focuses on the elderly population,systematically analyze the epidemiological characteristics of geriatric sleep disorders and delve into their bidirectional relationship with key geriatric syndromes.Building on geriatric syndrome risk assessment,it proposes targeted intervention strategies to provide a geriatric-specific theoretical foundation and practical guidance for the comprehensive management of sleep disorders in the elderly. |
