| 腰痛作为一种全球性常见疾患,在我国亦有较高的发病率,严重影响患者生活质量。针灸作为非药物疗法,在腰痛治疗中具有独特优势。杨骏教授在长期临床实践中,以“治痛先调神”为核心理念,通过精准辨证、辨经、选穴、针刺、艾灸、康复训练、中医功法练习和生活调摄的综合干预模式,构建并践行“精细化”腰痛针灸的治疗策略,疗效确切。本文系统总结了全国名中医杨骏教授精细化针灸治疗腰痛的临床经验,以期为临床治疗提供参考。 |

| As a common global disease,low back pain also has a high incidence rate in China,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.As a non drug therapy,acupuncture and moxibustion has unique advantages in the treatment of low back pain.In his long-term clinical practice,Professor Yang Jun,with the core concept of "regulating the mind before treating pain",has constructed and practiced the "refined" acupuncture and moxibustion treatment strategy for low back pain through the comprehensive intervention model of precise syndrome differentiation,meridian differentiation,acupoint selection,acupuncture,moxibustion,rehabilitation training,traditional Chinese medicine practice and life adjustment,which has a good clinical effect.This paper systematically summarized the clinical experience of Professor Yang Jun,a famous Chinese medicine in China,in the treatment of low back pain with refined acupuncture and moxibustion,with a view to providing reference for clinical practice. |
