| 我国老年人口基数大、增长速度快,老年人健康保障和照护服务需求急剧增加。医养结合是优化老年人健康和养老服务供给、提高老年人生活质量的重要途径。公立三甲医院老年医学科作为医养结合服务链条中老年人健康保障的支撑点,在推动医养结合高质量发展中发挥重要作用。华中科技大学协和深圳医院老年医学科充分发挥内在能力提升和外向驱动作用,利用老年特色技术、多学科团队、创新管理模式、智慧延续护理等专业优势及现代化互联网手段,为老年人提供全方位、全周期的医养服务,积极构建区域内医养结合医疗支持体系及人才培养体系,为社区养老和机构养老提供医养技术支持和人才保障,在提升区域内医养服务水平及服务质量上取得一定成效,可为公立三甲医院老年医学科更好地融入医养结合发展提供参考。 |

| The elderly population in our country has a large base and a fast growth rate,and the demand for health security and care services for the elderly has sharply increased,The integration of medical care and elderly care is an important way to optimize the supply of elderly health and care services and improve the quality of life for the elderly.The geriatric department of public Grade A tertiary hospital plays an important role as a support point for the health protection of the elderly in the integration of medical care and elderly care service chain,and in promoting the high-quality development of medical and elderly care integration.Huazhong University of Science and Technology Union Shenzhen Hospital gives full play to the role of internal ability improvement and external driving force,and uses professional advantages such as elderly featured technology,multidisciplinary team,innovative management mode,intelligent continuous nursing and modern Internet means to provide all-round and full cycle medical care services for the elderly,and actively build a regional medical support system and talent training system for medical care integration,Providing medical and nursing technical support and talent guarantee for community and institutional elderly care has achieved certain results in improving the level and quality of medical and nursing services in the region,which can provide reference for the better integration of elderly medical departments in public tertiary Grade A hospitals into the development of medical and nursing integration. |
