| 随着我国人口老龄化程度持续加深,构建系统化、标准化的衰老评估体系成为实施健康老龄化战略的迫切需求。本共识由中国老年保健协会抗衰老分会联合多学科专家,基于国内外衰老研究的最新成果共同制订。共识全面整合了衰老的临床指标评价体系,涵盖生理功能、心理状态、中医辨证要素以及分子层面的衰老生物学标志物,并详细介绍了各类指标的评估技术与工具。本体系突出中西医结合特色,纳入中医体质分类与气血津液辨证理论,强化了衰老的多维度、可量化评估能力,为衰老的早期识别、风险干预与个性化健康管理提供了科学依据,对推动我国老年医学研究与实践的规范化发展具有重要指导意义。 |

| With China′s population aging continues to intensify,establishing a systematic and standardized aging assessment system has become an urgent requirement for implementing the healthy aging strategy.This consensus was developed by the Anti-Aging Branch of the China Association of Geriatric Health and Geriatrics in collaboration with a multidisciplinary expert panel,based on the latest research findings in the field of aging from both domestic and international sources.It comprehensively integrates a clinical indicator assessment system for aging,covering physiological functions,psychological status,elements of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) syndrome differentiation,and molecular-level biomarkers of aging.The consensus also details the assessment techniques and tools for various indicators.The framework emphasizes the integration of Chinese and Western medicine by incorporating TCM constitution classification and the theory of Qi,Blood,and Body Fluids differentiation,thereby enhancing the multi-dimensional and quantifiable assessment of aging.It provides a scientific basis for the early identification of aging,risk intervention,and personalized health management,offering significant guidance for promoting the standardized development of geriatric research and practice in China. |
