| 随着人口老龄化的加剧及对衰老机制的深入研究,免疫衰老已成为衰老领域的研究热点,并已取得了显著成果。免疫衰老是影响老年人健康问题的主要根源之一,是驱动全身多器官系统性衰老和老年疾病的核心枢纽,调节免疫衰老已成为多种老年相关疾病的诊治靶点。本文结合近些年的研究进展,对免疫衰老的定义与核心特征、评估方法、相关疾病及干预策略进行系统综述。 |

| With the growing prevalence of population aging and advances in understanding the biological mechanisms of aging,immunosenescence has emerged as a key research focus in the field of gerontology,yielding significant scientific progress.Immunosenescence serves as a central mechanism driving systemic multi-organ deterioration and the pathogenesis of age-associated diseases,thus targeting immunosenescence has become a promising therapeutic strategy for the prevention and treatment of various geriatric conditions.This article provides a systematic review of current knowledge on immunosenescence,including its definition and hallmarks,assessment methods,associated diseases,and potential interventions. |
