| 肌少症是一种与增龄相关、以肌肉含量减少、肌肉力量下降和(或)躯体功能障碍为主要特征的老年综合征。肌少症可显著增加跌倒、衰弱、残疾及死亡风险,同时与住院时间延长、术后并发症风险增加等不良结局相关。随着全球人口老龄化程度不断加剧,肌少症的患病人数也急剧增长。目前关于肌少症诊断方法的研究已成为老年医学领域的热点,相继出现了许多安全、便捷的诊断方法。本文系统阐述临床常用的肌少症诊断方法及新近发展的诊断技术,旨在为肌少症的临床诊断及研究提供参考。 |

| Sarcopenia is an age-related geriatric syndrome primarily characterized by reduced muscle mass,decreased muscle strength,and/or impaired physical function.Sarcopenia can significantly increase the risk of falls,frailty and disability.It is also significantly associated with an increased risk of adverse outcomes,including prolonged hospital stays and heightened risk of postoperative complications.With global population continues to age,the prevalence of sarcopenia is expected to rise dramatically.Research on diagnostic methods for sarcopenia has become a focal point in the field of geriatric medicine,leading to the emergence of safer and more convenient diagnostic approaches.This article will systematically review the commonly used clinical diagnostic methods for sarcopenia,as well as novel diagnostic approaches,aiming to offer valuable references for the clinical diagnosis and research of this condition. |
