| 上皮性卵巢癌脑转移(OCBM)是晚期上皮性卵巢癌少见但预后较差的临床事件,具有起病隐匿、病情进展快、诊疗复杂及高质量循证证据不足等特点。为提高OCBM诊疗的规范化水平,本共识在系统梳理国内外相关研究进展的基础上,结合循证医学证据与多学科专家意见,围绕流行病学特征、临床表现、诊断治疗与随访管理等提出推荐意见,旨在为OCBM的临床决策和全程管理提供参考。 |

| Epithelial ovarian cancer brain metastasis (OCBM) is a rare but clinically significant event in the advanced stage of the disease,associated with a poor prognosis.It is characterized by insidious onset,rapid progression,complex diagnostic and therapeutic challenges,and a lack of high-quality evidence-based data.To improve the standardization of OCBM diagnosis and treatment,this consensus systematically reviews relevant domestic and international research progress,integrates evidence-based medicine with multidisciplinary expert opinions,and provides recommendations on epidemiological characteristics,clinical manifestations,diagnosis,treatment,and follow-up management.The aim is to serve as a reference for clinical decision-making and the comprehensive management of OCBM. |
