      下肢动脉硬化闭塞症(ASO)作为血管外科的常见疾病,其发病率随人口老龄化进程加速及生活方式变迁而呈上升趋势。该病不仅再狭窄率高,且易并发肢体坏疽导致截肢等严重不良事件,在严重损害患者生活质量的同时,亦给临床诊疗体系与社会公共卫生资源带来了沉重负担。因此,探寻更为高效、持久的治疗策略,已成为当前临床实践与科学研究亟待解决的关键课题。内皮祖细胞(EPC)因其能够修复受损内皮、促进血管生成并调节血管功能的特性,成为近年来血管再生治疗领域备受关注的研究热点。本文重点阐述EPC的生物学特性及其在ASO治疗中的作用机制,展望其在ASO治疗中的应用前景。
英文摘要:
      As a common disease in vascular surgery,the incidence of lower extremity arteriosclerosis occlusion (ASO) is increasing with the acceleration of population aging and lifestyle changes.The disease not only has a high rate of restenosis,but is also prone to serious adverse events such as amputation due to limb gangrene,which not only seriously damages the quality of life of patients,but also brings a heavy burden to the clinical diagnosis and treatment system and social and public health resources.Therefore,exploring more efficient and lasting treatment strategies has become a key topic that needs to be solved urgently in clinical practice and scientific research.Endothelial progenitor cells (EPC) have become a hot topic of research in the field of revascularization therapy in recent years due to their ability to repair damaged endothelium,promote angiogenesis,and regulate vascular function.This article focuses on the biological characteristics of EPC and its mechanism in the treatment of ASO,and looks forward to its application prospects in the treatment of ASO.
