| 目的 探讨单孔达芬奇机器人手术治疗肺部疾病的可行性、有效性及安全性。方法 回顾性分析2024年6月至2026年1月中国科学技术大学附属第一医院(安徽省立医院)胸外科使用达芬奇机器人手术切除肺部病变患者的临床资料。根据切口选择的不同分为单孔组43例和三孔组38例。比较两组患者的达芬奇机器人系统的装机时间、手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、术中中转术式情况、术后疼痛评分、胸管留置时间、术后住院时间、术后并发症等。结果 与三孔组比较,单孔组的装机时间短、术后疼痛评分较低、手术时间较长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者术中出血量、术后总引流量、胸管留置时间、术中中转术式情况、并发症、术后住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 单孔达芬奇机器人辅助手术治疗肺部疾病安全、有效、可行,相较于三孔达芬奇机器人手术的创伤程度更低、切口也更加美观。 |

| Objective To explore the feasibility,effectiveness,and safety of single-port Da Vinci robotic surgery for lung diseases.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of patients with lung diseases undergoing uniportal robot-assisted thoracic surgery between June 2024 and January 2026 in the First Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China.All the patients were divided into uniportal group (43 cases) and standardized three-port group (38 cases) based on different incisions.The docking time,operation time,intraoperative bleeding,postoperative drainage volume,converted to thoracotomy,postoperative pain score,hospitalization stay and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results Compared with uniportal group,the three-port group had shorter docking time,lower pain score and longer operation time(P<0.05).There was no perioperative death in both groups.No significant differences in intraoperative bleeding,postoperative drainage volume,chest tube duration,converted to thoracotomy,postoperative complications and hospitalization stay after surgery were found between the two groups (P>0.05).Conclusions The uniportal robot-assisted thoracic surgery for lung diseases is safe,effective,and feasible,and it has lower trauma and more aesthetic incisions compared to the three-port Da Vinci robotic surgery. |
