      目的 探讨城市社区中老年女性睾酮水平对记忆功能的影响。方法 采用横断面研究。选取2019年1月至2024年6月合肥市某社区年龄50岁及以上的337例女性为研究对象,收集受试者的人口学特征(年龄、文化程度等)与生化指标等资料,并使用简易精神状态量表(MMSE)评估受试者的整体认知功能,Fuld物体记忆测验(FOM)评估受试者的物体记忆功能,数字广度测验(包括顺背、倒背数字广度)评估受试者的瞬时记忆;根据受试者的不同睾酮水平将其分为4组:Q1组(T≤0.19 nmol/L),Q2组(0.19 nmol/L3组(0.26 nmol/L4组(T>0.69 nmol/L)。采用多元线性回归分析睾酮与记忆功能之间的关系。结果 随着睾酮水平升高,FOM评分呈上升趋势(P<0.05);Q4组FOM评分显著高于Q1组、Q2组、Q3组;4组间顺背数字广度(P=0.170)、倒背数字广度(P=0.061)、MMSE(P=0.061)比较,差异无统计学意义;多元线性回归分析显示,睾酮水平与FOM评分呈正相关(β=0.113,P=0.038)。结论 在城市社区中老年女性群体中,睾酮水平与物体记忆功能呈正相关。

      Objective To explore the impact of testosterone on memory function in elderly women in urban communities.Methods A cross-sectional study was conducted from January 2019 to June 2024,337 women aged 50 and above in a community in Hefei were selected as research subjects.Demographic characteristics (age,education level,etc.) and biochemical indicators were collected.The overall cognitive function of the subjects was assessed using the Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE),The Fuld Object Memory Evaluation (FOM) assesses a subject′s object memory function,and immediate memory was assessed using the Digit Span Test (including forward and backward digit span).Subjects were divided into four groups based on their different testosterone levels:Q1 (T≤0.19 nmol/L),Q2 (0.19 nmol/L3 (0.26 nmol/L4 (T>0.69 nmol/L).Multiple linear regression analysis was used to analyze the relationship between testosterone and memory function.Results As testosterone levels increased,FOM scores showed an upward trend (P<0.05),with the Q4 group having significantly higher FOM scores than the Q1 group,Q2 group and Q3 group.No statistically significant differences were observed among the four groups in forward digit span (P=0.170),backward digit span (P=0.061),and MMSE (P=0.061).Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that testosterone levels were positively correlated with FOM scores (β=0.113,P=0.038).Conclusions In elderly women in urban communities,higher serum testosterone levels are associated with better object memory function.
