Chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy represents a prevalent and dose-limiting toxicity that severely compromises patient quality of life, with current management strategies offering limited and often suboptimal efficacy.Director Li Jinhu proposed the "Yang Qi-Meridian Sinew Axis" theory, integrating the classical TCM concepts of Yang Qi and meridian sinews with the modern neuro-vascular-immune network to explain CIPN pathogenesis. This framework posits "Yang deficiency with cold congelation and malnourishment of the meridian sinews" as the core pathological mechanism. This paper systematically elucidates the theoretical construction, pathological rationale, and clinical application pathway of the "Yang Qi-Meridian Sinew Axis." Furthermore,by reviewing pertinent clinical evidence,it explores the potential mechanisms and therapeutic benefits of warm acupuncture for CIPN in order to provide a novel theoretical foundation and a translatable practical framework for rehabilitation in TCM oncology.
